Alumni Meet-“SPLICE-Let’s Reunite” 2009
The ALUMNI MEET named SPLICE-Let’s Reunite” was held on 10th october, 2009 at the MERI Auditorium. The meet was eagerly awaited as it provides a base for the alumni to reminisce the time spent in the institute. They also set guideposts for the current batches to emulate the success of their predecessors.
The event started with the lighting of the lamp by honourable chief guests Mr. I.P.Aggarwal, Chairman, Triveni Educational & Social Welfare Society, New Delhi and Mr. Lalit Aggarwal, Vice-President, MERI. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Mrs. I.P. Aggarwal, Mrs. Lalit Aggarwal, Prof. Y.L. Grover, Director-General, MERI and Prof. A. K. Agarwal Dean (Management). Many of the old students arrived with their family members.
The entire MERI family was also present in the occasion along with their family members. Fashion show, group dance and songs were followed by dinner. The happiness on the faces of the people present there indicated thet thay were not only enjoying themselves and sharing old memories but also had the time of their life. The event was a mega event and truly stole the heart of alumni.
