Prof. LALIT AGGARWAL
Prof. Lalit Aggarwal, a visionary in the field of education is an approved Prof. from GGSIP University Delhi. He is M.Tech in Computer Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. After completing his engineering degree, he chalked out a career as an entrepreneur by taking active interest in the development of educational institutions. Prof. Aggarwal is a life member of several academic bodies such as AIMA, AIMS, EPSI, Association of Self Financing Institutions Haryana at national levels and Association of Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB, USA) etc. at international level. Prof. Aggarwal has published a number of research papers in national and international journals. He has attended various International conferences & seminars. MERI Group of Institutions continuously diversify, expand and had been able to secure its place among A+ category institutions under his guidance.
Prof. A K Agrawal
Prof. A.K.Agrawal is Post Graduate in Commerce and Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prof. Agrawal became the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India IN 1977. He has a rich experience of over 23 years Banking and Financial Services. His areas of Interest are Credit management, Project Financing and Money Market Operations. He had conducted extensive research on interest rate movements and its impact on Govt. Securities Market. He is teaching courses in Accounting and Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Project Financing, Banking & Financial services etc. to management students for the last fifteen years. Prof. Agrawal is working as Dean (Deptt. Of Management) at MERI since 2004.
Prof. Ritu Aggrawal
Prof. Ritu Aggrawal is an Associate Professor in Computer Science department at M.E.R.I. She has done M.Phil (computer Science) , MCA and is currently pursuing PhD in Computer Science. She has an teaching experience of more than 16 years. Her area of interest include Theory of Computation, Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence . She has presented papers at national and International conferences and has published various papers in the journals of national repute . She is currently working as HOD – computer science in MERI.
Dr. Sumit Chauhan
Dr. Sumit Chauhan is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science department and Head, Development Cell. He has done MCA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and his Ph.D in Computer Science. He has authored 2 books titled ‘Introduction to Computer Graphics’ and ‘Programming in C using Linux’ published by 'Himalaya Publishing House' and ‘Har-anand Publications Pvt Ltd’ respectively. He has an experience of 18 years in teaching. His area of interest include Computer Graphics, DDBMS and LINUX. He has published various papers in the journals of national and international repute. He is also coordinating Trips and Sports Club.
Dr. Deepa Gangwani
Mrs. Deepa Gangwani has more than ten years of teaching experience. Her degrees include PhD (Computer Science with software cost estimation as the area of research.), M.Phil, MCA, M.Sc. (IT) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. She is also an avid writer and has articles published in both print and electronic refereed journals. Her current areas of interest are cloud computing, software engineering and information systems. She has been instrumental in guiding students in IT projects across various universities. Her areas of expertise are not only confined to books as she also heads the cultural department of MERI.
Dr. Deepshikha Kalra
Dr Deepshikha Kalra is Professor in the department of Management at MERI She holds PHD in management from GJUS&T, Hissar. She is MBA, M.Phil (Management) UGC NET qualified & has done her graduation in Electronics . She has over 18 years of academia plus industry experience . Her areas of interest include Customer Relationship Management, Research Methodology and Economics. She has attended various national & International seminars, conferences , workshops & FDP. She has published various articles and research papers in UGC listed and Scopus indexed journals. She has organised various national and International conferences sponsored by various departments of ministry of India. She is heading the CSR club Aaghaz of the college which organises various activities for the benefit of society. She is also heading the Examination department at MERI..
Dr. Mandeep Kaur
Dr. Mandeep Kaur is an Associate Professor in Post Graduate Department of Management at MERI. She has done B.com, M.com, MBA, PG Diploma in Financial Management. She has been awarded Ph.D degree in the year 2012 from Guru Nanak Dev University. She has more than 15 years of Teaching experience. Her area of interest is Accounting, Finance& Taxation. She has also offered project guidance to many Management students. She has published various Articles and Research Papers in the journal of National & International repute and has presented papers at National and International conference. She is heading the cultural department of the college.
Dr. Maitri Bhusan
Pragmatic and proactive professional having 15 years of experience including 10 years at MERI. An inquisitive person having flair for research on innovative interdisciplinary dimensions. An avid reader and a thoughtful person. Post graduates in Management, Labour Management, Mass Communication, and English Literature. Certified Trainer from ISTD.Advance Dip in Information System Management from Aptech.B.Ed & CTET qualified. Presented 12 papers in International conferences & have written 25 Articles, 2 Book Chapters. Developed MOOCS on Talent Management. Co-Mentor of CSR Club-Aaghaz. Teaching Organizational Behavior, HRM,T & D,OD.
Dr.Richa Singh Kapoor
Dr.Richa Singh Kapoor holds Ph.D in Commerce from CSJMU and has 10+ years of experience in research and academics. She started her career with HDFC Bank Ltd and later, joined Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. She has been taking up various full as well as part time teaching assignments with academic and management institutes of repute in past 7 years. Academic organizations include Jagran Institute of Management, PSIT, Aryakul College of Management,
STEP HBTI, ICAI-Kanpur, etc. Currently, working as Assistant Professor in the MBA department of MERI, Jankpuri, New Delhi, she is Certified Accredited Management Teacher by All India Management Association (a federation of local management associations. It has 64 LMAs across the country and 2 co-operative management associations, i.e. Qatar Management Association and Mauritius Management Association. AIMA is an active member of Asian Association of Management Organisation, which is the Asia-Pacific regional body of the World Management Council- CIOS). Following her interest and inclination in the Development sector, she created and managed the Socially Responsible Business Practices cell “Pehal” in her earlier organization and managed various projects for the same. Also, she has been a Trainer in various FDPs organized by JIM.

Dr. Samarth Singh
Dr Samarth Singh is Associate Professor in the department of Management He is NET Qualified and PhD in Management . He has over 15 years of academia plus industry experience in Banking. His area of interest include Marketing and entrepreneurship. Dr Singh heads Entrepreneurship Cell at MERI and helps building entrepreneurial culture . He has been instrumental in many students startups . Dr Singh also acts as convener of IIC promoted by MHRD . He is also also handling IQAC and accreditation. Dr Singh is a keen researcher and has published various articles and research papers in the journals of national repute and has presented papers at national and International conferences. He has also launched value added courses for the benefit of students including Digital Marketing.
Mrs. Rajeswari Mahalingam
Mrs. Rajeswari Mahalingam is an Asst. Professor in the Computer Science department at M.E.R.I. She has done M.Phil in Computer science from Madurai Kamaraj University and Master of Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University .She is a Gold Medalist and the best outgoing student of the College . She has an experience of around 9 years in the teaching industry. Her area of interest include Networking, Operating Systems, Software services . She has presented papers at national and International conferences and has published various papers in the journals of national repute . She has offered project guidance to many MCA students.She is also serving as Editor of SUKRITI, MERI’s bi-annual magazine, since October 2009
Ms. Nagamani Mutteni
Ms. Nagamani Mutteni is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science department at M.E.R.I. She has done M.Tech from KSOU, MCA from Osmania University. She has a teaching experience of 14 years. Her areas of interest include Data Structures, C, J2ee and ADBMS, DWDM. She has presented and published various papers in National and International reputed Journals .She heads cultural Club Activities for students.
Mrs. Monika Sharma
Mrs. Monika Sharma is an Asst. Professor in the Post Graduate department of Management at M.E.R.I. She holds an MBA degree from University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and MCA from IGNOU. She has over 10 years of academic plus industry experience. Prior to joining academics she has worked with corporates like Wipro Eservices, Network Programs Ltd and Trident Information Systems in the area of global business development. Her areas of specialization include International Business and Marketing. She has published various articles and research papers in national refereed journals and journals of repute. She is heading the cultural department of the college.
Dr. Gurpreet K Chhabra
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Chhabra, B.Sc(Hons)Zoology (Delhi University), PGDBM(International Business), MBA (Marketing), UGC NET, Ph.D (Marketing Management). She has authored a book titled ‘Consumer Behaviour’ which has been published by Biztantra and distributed by Wiley India Pvt. Ltd. The foreword of the book has been given by the Dean of USMS, IPU. She has around 16 years of professional experience, out of which first 7 years in the field of pharmaceutical marketing and later 9 years as Management faculty at leading institutes of Delhi, NCR. Her research papers on consumer or buyers behaviour in the field of retail and Pharmaceutical marketing have been published in national and international journals of repute.
Mrs. Disha Bhatia
Mrs. Disha Bhatia is an Assistant Professor in Management department at M.E.R.I. She holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing,Sharda University, Greater Noida(2008-10) and a MBA degree with specialization in Finance and HR from Punjab Technical University(2008-10). She has over 7.4+ years of industry plus academic experience. Her area of interest includes HR, Marketing, Business Communication, Organisational Development and Training.
She has also contributed in various Journals and professional networking online websites with her articles and research papers. Alongwith this, she has been an outstanding performer in her industry experience with lots of contacts with industry senior most leaders and entrepreneurs including CEOs, CTOs and HR Heads. Also, won employee of the quarter award for outstanding performance in Aspiring Minds Pvt Ltd. She has been recommended by her seniors, managers, clients etc in every single organisation she has worked with, for her work, customer interaction, satisfaction, feedback and retention. Worked with organisations like Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt Ltd, Aspiring Minds (AMCAT), Chandigarh University, Careervita India Pvt Ltd(Startup firm in Bangalore-A Virtual Interview Platform-CV360). Dr Parmjot Singh
Dr Parmjot Singh is an Asst. Professor in the Post Graduate department of Management at M.E.R.I. He holds a PhD in Management from GJUS&T, Hissar, Haryana and has more than 5 years of academia and industry experience. During his regular PhD research work, he has established a significant relationship between vendor and buyer firms in Indian automobile firms by confirming a hypothesized model. He has completed his PGDM in marketing management and is NET-JRF qualified in Management (2012). His area of interest includes Marketing, Research Methodology, Supply Chain Management and International Business. He is also well versed with SPSS and AMOS. He has published various articles and research papers in the journals of national repute and has presented papers at national and International conferences and has also organized seminars at MERI College. He is also offering project guidance to many Management students.
Ms. Swati Chawla
Ms. Swati Chawla is an Assistant Professor of Management at MERI with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry of 8 years. She is a Maths Graduate from Delhi University and completed PGDM in Marketing and HR in 2009. SheI has worked with renowned educational institutions Career Launcher, International Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) and Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS). She is skilled in Trend Analysis, Marketing Management, Economics, Mathematics and International Business. Her areas of interest are Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, PDP Sessions, Mock Campus Drive Training Sessions, and Career Development Sessions.She has attended various seminars, conferences & workshops and has articles & papers presented as well as published in National as well as International Journals to her credit.
Ms. Mansi Saxena
Mrs. Mansi Saxena is an Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Management at M.E.R.I. She is a MBA with specialization in HR and IT. She has over 8 years of academia and industry experience. Her area of interest includes Human Resource Management, Information Technology and Operations Management. She has published various articles and research papers in national and international journals and journals of repute. She is heading Literary Club – Worm of Words (WOW) and she is also an editor of Bi-annual Magazine “Sukriti” and monthly “E-News Letter”.

Dr Vanshika Bhatia
Dr. Vanshika Bhatia Assistant Professor, Journalism and Mass Communication, MERI College, GGSIPU, Delhi. She has done her Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication from The IIS University Jaipur. She has been previously associated with Trinity Institute as an Assistant Professor. She Completed her Post Graduation (in Journalism & Mass Communication) From Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar. She has completed her Diploma in Photography from Bhartiya vidya Bhawan. Her area of interest includes Graphic Designing, Photography, and Television Production. She Has Published Various Research Paper in Journals of National repute and has Presented Paper at National and International Conference.

He has over 10 years of academia plus industry experience in Financial Services. His area of interest include Finance,Insurance and Investments . Dr. Gurbrinder Kaur
Dr. Gurbrinder Kaur is working as an Assistant Professor in MERI, affiliated to G.G.S.I.P university, Delhi. She has about 12 years of experience in teaching at graduate and post graduate MCA level. She has taught Java, J2EE, Oracle, DWDM, OOSE, RDBMS at graduate and post graduate level. She has attended seminars and conferences at national level. She has guided many projects at postgraduate level. She has four publications at national and and four publications at international level to her credit. Her current area of interests includes Data Warehouse and Data Mining, Web Based Mining and Object Oriented Software Engineering. Her recent publication in an international journal is “Implementation of Data mining techniques in meteorology”.
Ms. Saloni Saini
Ms. Sainiis pursuing her Ph.D. and is UGC NET (Mass Communication and Journalism) qualified. She has been previously associated with organisations likeIndian Institute of Mass Communication, Assistant Professor at GGSIP University affiliated college, Arihant Publications and Newspapers Association of India. She holds M.A. Mass Communication from Guru Jambeshwar University, PG Diploma in English Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass communication and BJ(MC) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Amarendra Kumar Aarya
Amarendra Kumar Aarya is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Management Education and Research Institute (MERI College) Janakpuri, New Delhi. Before that, he was associated with Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal. His major interest areas are Reporting and News Writing. He has also taught subjects like Fundamentals of Media Production, Media law, and ethics, Entertainment and Communication theories.
He is Pursuing a Ph.D. from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal in Mass Communication. He holds a Master in Philosophy from Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication, Raipur in Media Studies. He has completed his Master in Art from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, (Noida Campus) in Mass Communication. He is also qualified National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) conducted by UGC, New Delhi.He has given more than ten years to media industries. He was associated with much prestigious Media Houses like All India Radio, Lokmat Media Group (Maharashtra), Rajsthan Patrika Group (Raipur), Forward Press (New Delhi), Dainik Hindustan (New Delhi), Amar Ujala Group (Delhi), Jagriti Times (Patna), Prabhat Khabar (Patna) & Rashtriya Sahara (Chapra) as a Sub Editor /Reporter, Senior Reporter to Principal Correspondent.
Mr. Amarndra Aarya has done his research Work on “Swami Vivekananda Ke Samwad Kaushal Ke Sutro Ka Adhyayn” which was accepted for Publishing as a Monograph by Anil Prakarshan Dariyaganj, New Delhi. He has completed his research work on “Bhojpuri Lokgeeton Mein Samajik Samrasta” and “Lokgeeton Mein Mahatma Gandhi”. These projects were funded by Indra Gandhi National Center for the ARTS, New Delhi (Autonomous body of Ministry of Culture, Government of India).
His Research Paper entitled “Ups & Downs of Indian Media Reporting in Human Right Activities” Published in Book Chapter with ISBN, by Cambridge Scholars Publications, United Kingdom. He has Published 8 Book Chapter and more than 20 Research Paper in various National and International Journals and many Articles, Reportage, and Features in Various Newspapers and Magazines. He participated in many Television shows as a Media Expert. He is a member of Indian Media Centre, Delhi Chapter and Convener of Association of Media Educators and Professionals, New Delhi. Mr. Aarya delivered various special lectures at different Colleges and social awareness programs
Ms. Nivedita Sharma
Ms. Nivedita Sharma is Pursuing PhD from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She is Gold Medalist-Masters in Advertising Management & Public Relations from Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar and MBA in HR & Marketing from Mody Institute of Science & Technology. She has 8 years of teaching experinece and 2 years of industry experience. Her area of expertise is advertising and PR. she has conducted various mega events, workshops and CSR activites. She has contributed chapters in books and presented papers in various national and international conferences.
MS. SHIKHA GUPTA
Ms. Shikha Gupta is Assistant Professor in Management Department having specialisation in Finance /Marketing. She has experience of 10+ years in the area of academics, consulting industry projects and counselling students. She has done her graduation in commerce from Delhi University and Masters in Finance from GGSIP University. Thereafter cleared UGC-NET in management. Presently pursuing Ph.D in Finance. She has published and presented more than 20 research papers in Journals and Conferences,International and National both. She is university topper in Finance and has also conducted MDPs and has been involved in guiding the post graduate students for dissertations and research projects.
