1. Manage the e-catalog in terms of data collection, addition, validation, standardization, quality check, content updation, image updation, and implementation on website, fully attributed and consistent, attain a good customer experience overall
2. Interact and coordinate with category/vendors on data on boarding to help ensure a smooth data flow
3. Analyze and correct the catalog errors; investigate catalog/order related complaints
4. Create reports regarding work received and work performed
5. Work as the point of contact for a swift resolution of escalated internal team requests
